Installation of WBro. Tim Churchard – Thursday 11th September 2025
On Thursday 11th September 2025, the Lodge gathered for one of the most important and memorable evenings in the Masonic calendar, the Installation of our new Worshipful Master, WBro. Tim Churchard.
The Installation ceremony was performed by the outgoing Master, WBro. Yandell who handled the evening in true Bristol Workings fashion and has now taken on the role of Lodge Treasurer with WBro. Vincent supporting the new Master as the Immediate Past Master.
Tim has been a dedicated and loyal servant of the Lodge for many years, working tirelessly in support of its members and traditions. His progression to the Chair is both well-deserved and warmly celebrated by all who know him. It was a proud moment to see him assume the role of Worshipful Master, a position he has most certainly earned through commitment, perseverance, and steady service.
The Installation ceremony itself was conducted with great dignity and precision by the outgoing Master, WBro. Yandell, who delivered the ritual in fine Bristol Workings style. Having completed his second year in the Chair with distinction, WBro. Yandell now takes on the important duties of Lodge Treasurer, ensuring the financial wellbeing of the Lodge. Supporting our new Worshipful Master is WBro. Vincent, who now steps into the role of Immediate Past Master, ready to guide and advise with his experience.
We were also honoured by the presence of the Province, with VWBro. Timothy Brunton, Deputy Provincial Grand Master, attending as the principal guest. His attendance, along with that of other Provincial officers, highlighted the importance of the occasion and the strength of the bonds between our Lodge and the wider Province.

In the accompanying image, you can see our new Worshipful Master proudly surrounded by a number of Lodge members and Officers, marking the beginning of what promises to be a successful and memorable year in office.
